We were blessed to have Thore’s exceptional talent in our home on Thanksgiving this year; he prepared an unparalleled meal for our party of 12, beyond our guests’ expectations. Both wildly indulgent and evidently healthy, the vegan meal was more than we could have asked for. The four course meal included a warm beetroot soup with vegan sour cream and fresh dill; glazed crispy umami tofu with pea guacamole, sweet and sour cranberry sauce and yellow krauts; fresh seasonal herb salad; crispy Oyster mushrooms with potato au gratin, walnut and jackfruit stuffing, green beans, and gravy.
